BEFORE YOUR WEDDING
- Secure your date with a deposit and a signed contract
- Upon booking, please specify the canvas package you prefer.

- One week before the wedding day we will discuss your scene preference, the essence that you would like to evoke in the painting, the recommendations I have based off of your venue, and anything else that is important to you
- COI emailed to your DOC / Wedding Venue

THE WEDDING DAY
- I will arrive 2 hours prior to the ceremony to have a 5 minute one-on-one time to take curated reference photos for the chosen moment to be captured for your wedding day to make sure we get the perfect picture to be painted

- Once I have captured the moment, I will sketch it onto the canvas and begin painting the lovely couple
- Towards the end of the night, your painting will look mostly complete and I will come find you to show you your painting before I leave. If your photographer and videographer is still present, I will give them the heads up so they can capture you with your beautiful new painting

AFTER YOUR WEDDING
- I will take your painting back to the studio for touch ups and varnish. Post studio touch ups consist of the use of oil paints for portrait refinement, color correction, clarity for depth and contrasts etc.

- This process usually takes around 12-16 weeks depending on the size of your painting, drying time, and additional touches needed
- All paintings come with a complimentary frame and certificate of authenticity. I will package and ship out your painting once it's ready, and provide you with the tracking information via email
